Our basic For Sale By Owner MLS Listing package includes up to 6 photos in the MLS. The cost to upload up to the maximum allowed by MLS (varies by MLS, usually 30 photos) is $30.
There is also a $30 fee to update your photos once your listing is active in the MLS.
Do not short change your property. Showcase what your property has by putting enough photos in your For Sale by Owner MLS Listing.
You can upload your photos at http://picupload.xflatfeemls.net. You need to upload all the photos you
want to be in the MLS even if you just need to replace 1 photo. This will help avoid confusion on our part.
