This program is for you if you don't have enough money to pay to list your house in the MLS. For a low setup fee of $39, you get the following:
  • Entry to the local Maryland & Northern Virginia MLS (MRIS). All licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland & Northern Virginia will see your home in their database. Your property will be in the MLS for 12 Months.
  • Availability of your home at major websites like Realtor.com, HomesDatabase and much much more, making your property available to Millions of Buyers.
  • Federal and State Disclosure Forms necessary to close the transaction
  • Online storage of Disclosure forms for easy access to your prospective buyers
  • Leads and Agents forwarded to you. Your phone number will be displayed in the MLS as the showing contact. We never convert your buyer to be our buyer.
  • 6 or 12 Months of Non-MLS Sites exposure. Buyers NOT working with agents usually use this site. Click here to see these sites
