1. We handle the transaction ourselves. Most of our competitors are referral companies. You do not know which brokers will be placing your property in the MLS. You could end up being serviced by a huge Real Estate Brokerage. This means that when a potential buyer not working with a real estate agent calls this Broker, they could easily assign any of ther real estate agent to represent that buyer, thus compelling you to pay commission. This will not happen with us because we do not practice Dual Agency.
2. We are not run by a National Listing Company. This means that we can concentrate more on serving you better.
